We take our employees' and customers' health and safety seriously. While we were closed, we implemented several changes to help mitigate the risk of transmission of the disease.
Our employees will wear masks and gloves while they are on duty to protect themselves and you. Customers are required to wear masks as well. Cloth masks are acceptable.
We will wipe down equipment with an EPA-approved disinfectant after each use. Sanitizing wipes are also available for customer use. As always, you are free to bring your own controllers, keyboards and headsets, although we can not guarantee that they will work with our systems.
We are using only every other gaming PC to encourage social distancing and limiting our total capacity to 42 until further notice. We have closed our party room to the general public. In situations where a six-foot separation is not possible, we will strictly enforce our mask requirement.
We have installed acrylic shields at our cashier desk to protect our employees and customers. We have also installed contactless faucets and soap dispensers in our bathrooms. A hand sanitizer dispenser is available at our cashier desk.
We take the temperature of all our customers and employees upon entry with a contactless thermometer. A reading of 100F or more will result in the denial of entry. A customer may request a second reading after a five-minute wait outside (for example, after physical exertion on a hot day), but if that second reading is also 100F or more, that customer will be denied entry.
